New Year Resolutions 2013

Not sure where you might be with your 2013 resolutions but hopefully all is good. If not don’t despair 75% are broken by the 3rd week of January.

I use the word broken as they are fixable. January is not always the best time to set goals as too much has happened and is happening in the New Year so we are not really in the groove physically or mentally for the challenge.

Now February can be a lot different. Brighter mornings and evenings and a sniff of Spring in the air. It is also a short month so fitness and weight loss goals are a lot more achievable.

Its brilliant to see the buzz back in the Gym with lots of people bursting with new levels of energy striving to achieve their goals.

So what’s your EXCUSE? We are here to help you get cracking. Our new gym and programmes in Dun Laoghaire has been a huge hit with all our Bootcampers old and new.

Workouts of Bootcamps, TRX, Kettlebells, Boxercise and mixtures and an expanded time table, early morning, lunch and evenings plus Saturday make life a lot more easier, challenging and fun.

We have also made working out very affordable as little as €5 a session and less for students. We are not a cheap Ben Dunnes as we want you to achieve results.
