Without giving you a lesson in physiology our bodies have not changed in millions of years. We are designed and programmed to move and move regularly. Running, hunting, gathering - all very physical. So when we stop and eat more we put on weight and feel bad.
When we are active and eat well good hormones are released and we feel good.
There are two certainties I have learned as a trainer and not one person has ever denied it.
1) Is how great they feel when they are exercising, not just about their body but their feeling of good health, confidence, they eat better, less stressed and the list goes on
2) How shit they feel when they don’t, eating crap, stressed, low esteem and this list goes on also.
Even after a couple of weeks askance the rot starts to set in
So why would you stop exercising? I really wish I could bottle and bank fitness. I would be worth a fortune.
