Perfect if you want a really good all round fast workout. This really is a short sharp intense 30 minute session.
We use the same principles as the rest of our programmes IE big exercises to use maximum muscle groups which blasts your metabolism into gear. This burns massive amounts of calories and fat not just during exercise but for long periods after.
Using HIT training. (High Intensity Interval Training) our aim is to elevate your heart rate, get you breathless, increase body temperature (even sweat) and create muscle soreness. This combination fires off the hormonal system releasing hormones that need FAT as fuel.
Even though this is an intensive session it’s hugely enjoyable and satisfying. Talk about “Bang for your Buck”

Workouts last 30 minutes.
All classes - €70 twice a week for 4 weeks. or
€95 for any five sessions a week (exclude Sat)
