This is a unique workout. We are going to combine Bootcamp with Pilates so you can get the maximum benefits from both these exercise routines.
The first half of the session will focus on burning calories and fat. Using body weight exercises and simple pieces of equipment, we will fire up your metabolism. This will burn off calories during the workout and for long periods after. You will also improve your strength, your shape and tone up.
The second half of the session is Pilates. Here we will work the whole body. The Core (stomach, back, hips and thighs) work will improve your posture, body control, lower back function and balance. This is relaxing and also a great stress reducer. You get a double helping of strength and conditioning.
