The lads at The New Punnet in Glasthule will be amongst other things teaching us the skills of Smoothie making & Juicing.

They have just recently opened and are running a great operation next to their vegetable store.

Owners James and Darragh will also be bringing lots of products to show you how easy it is to eat healthy at very affordable prices by just changing brands and choosing wisely. 

We all like to support local trade especially new business. I can assure you these lads go the extra mile and are well worth trying out. So why not come along to the Fitness Clinic at 10am Monday the 9th Sept.
