Healthy delicious Pancakes

Serves 1-2

Ingridents.

  • 1 cup of oats
  • 1 cup of blueberries
  • 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp maple syrup or 2/3 cup Greek yogurt.

Combine all the ingriedents except for syrup or yogurt in a blender or whisk.

Scoop batter onto hot pan and cook till brown.

Remove and add syrup or yogurt.
