Method
Pre-heat oven to 160⁰C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper
Combine all dry ingredients and stir. Add the nut butter and maple syrup and mix well. Spoon mixture into balls with your hands or make a slab in the baking tray. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes and then bake for 15 minutes. Cool and cut into small flapjack style slices, no need to do anything if you shaped them into balls just allow to cool on a rack and store in the fridge.

- Dried cranberries are great for the integrity of your urine tract
- Addition of Sunwarrior protein would make this an ideal post workout snack
- Use sesame seeds if looking to increase your calcium intake
- Cinnamon is excellent for helping keep your blood sugar balanced
Can make into balls or bars... Really tasty!
