Mediterranean Pasta

Mediterranean PastaAs with all pastas use sparingly especially at night unless you are running a marathon the next day.

Choose good wholemeal pasta.

Serves 2.

 

125g Wholemeal pasta

185g can of tuna in water drained.

1 tin chopped tomatoes.

Tsp mixed herbs.

Tbsp black olives. Remove pips.

Fresh ground black pepper.

1 Tbsp fresh basil.

 

1. Cook the pasta according to pack and drain.

2. Add in the chopped tomatoes and tuna and reheat.

3. Chuck in the olives and season with black pepper.

4. Drain off additional liquid according to taste

5. Serve and sprinkle with fresh basil.
