2 Salmon darns.
1 tbsp pesto.
- Preheat oven to 180 deg.
- Place the salmon on a baking tray spread the pesto on.
- Bake for 18 minutes or until the flesh flakes easily when pressed.
When the oven is on why not throw in some vegetables to roast.
Peppers, onions, garlic, carrots, green beans etc.
