MAKES 4 SERVINGS
Ingredients:
- 3 Large Sweet Potatoes, peeled and cut into chunked
- 1 ½ lb. Extra-Lean Ground Beef
- 1 Cup Frozen Peas
- 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 1 Cup Mushrooms, sliced
- 1 Clove Garlic
- 2 tsp. Dried Rubbed Sage
- 2 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp. Paprika
Method:
- Peel & cut spuds into chunks.
- Boil until tender. Drain and mash. Add paprika.
- Preheat oven.
- Heat oil in pan, add onions, mushrooms & beef. Cook until beef is brown and onions are soft.
- Add Worc sauce, garlic sage & peas. Season with salt and pepper and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Pour meat mix into casserole dish and top with spuds. Place in middle of oven.
- Cook until spuds are golden brown at edges.
- Remove and serve.
